Leadership Transition Research Initiative

Over the past two decades, our work with CEOs, boards, and executive leadership teams has provided repeated exposure to the organizational challenges surrounding leadership transition, succession, governance dynamics, and executive onboarding.

Through these experiences, recurring questions emerged regarding how leadership transitions affect organizational culture, workforce stability, governance continuity, and long-term organizational resilience — particularly within private and family-owned companies.

As a result, EJC Move has begun developing an emerging research initiative exploring leadership transition and organizational stability through potential academic and interdisciplinary collaboration.
